Order Processing Once production is complete, orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

 

 

Production Time All items are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for production before your order is shipped. 

 

 

Shipping & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options depending on your location:

Worldwide Shipping  Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days

Ukraine Shipping Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days Delivery times may vary depending on destination, local courier services, and customs processing.  

 

 

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on: destination parcel size and weight selected shipping method

Free worldwide shipping is available on orders over 100€.

 

 

Delivery Responsibility We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipping costs may apply.
