Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any clothing items. Please ensure you review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements if an item arrives damaged or defective.
Our team carefully inspects every clothing detail before it is packed and shipped to the customer. In case any defects are detected, we replace the item with a new, identical one free of defects, at our own expense, before dispatch. Accordingly, we are not responsible for any damage or defects that may occur during transportation or as a result of the courier service’s actions.
Note for EU Customers: According to Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
